This Week In Manchester: Council Meeting; Board Of Adjustment; Library Film Festival
The Ocean County Library has a couple of noteworthy offerings this week.

This is the eighth week of 2015. Here are some of the events in Manchester this week:
Tonight, the Township Council meets at 6 p.m. at the municipal building.
On Wednesday, the Manchester branch of the Ocean County Library presents its Feature Film Festival. The Stanley Kubrick film “The Killing” will be shown at noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. The 1956 movie was Kubrick’s first major film effort. Sterling Hayden plays veteran criminal Johnny Clay, planning one last big heist before settling down to a respectable marriage with Fay. Teaming with several cohorts, Johnny masterminds a racetrack robbery. The basic flaw is that all the crooks involved are losers and small-timers who find themselves in way over their heads despite their supposed cleverness. 83 minutes.
