This Week In Manchester: Spring Break Begins; Hawking Film At Library
A look at events this week in Manchester.

This is the 13th week of 2015.
It’s a quiet week in terms of Manchester municipal government, with no meetings scheduled.
On Wednesday, the Manchester branch of the Ocean County Library will present the film “The Theory of Everything,” the biopic about scientist Stephen Hawking. Enrolled as a graduate student at Cambridge, Hawking establishes himself as one of the leading minds of his generation, and begins to win the heart of Jane Wilde. Once a healthy, active young man, Hawking, at 21 is diagnosed with ALS. With Jane fighting tirelessly by his side he embarks on his most ambitious scientific work. There are showings at noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

It’s a short week for students and teachers as well, as Manchester Township schools are closed for Spring Break starting Friday for Easter weekend.
