Will Rain Disrupt Your Fourth of July Fireworks In Manchester?

If you were awakened by the thunderstorms that rolled through Ocean County in the wee hours Wednesday morning, you may be wondering whatβs in store for this weekend and whether more thunderstorms will make a mess of things.
According to the National Weather Service forecast out of Mount Holly, it looks like weβll be in the clear, for the most part.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms could pop up Wednesday night and Thursday, but the chance of precipitation is only 20 percent. Thursdayβs expected high temperatures are in the mid-80s and are expected to fall into the 60s.

Friday is predicted to be a bit cooler, in the upper 70s, with a 30 percent chance of rain (or, for those who prefer, a 70 percent chance that weβll stay dry. Friday evening should be comfortable; again, there is a slight chance of showers.
On Saturday, there is a 30 percent chance of rain during the day, but that is expected to clear out and just leave partly cloudy skies, meaning it should be a nice day and a nice evening for the Lakehurst Fourth of July celebration.
