Woman Charged With Burglary Highlights Manchester Police Blotter

Two people are being held without bond at the Ocean County Jail after their arrests earlier this month.

MANCHESTER, NJ -- An Ocean Grove woman who was arrested on burglary charges and a Little Egg Harbor man who has been charged with eluding and drug possession are among the items in the Manchester Township police blotter for the first week of February.

According to the blotter, Racheal M. Stanuszek, 36, of Ocean Grove, was arrested Feb. 1 in Pine Lake Park by Patrolman Paul Bachovchin. She is being held at the Ocean County Jail in Toms River on charges of burglary and remaining at the scene, criminal mischief and criminal trespass entering/remaining at the scene, with bail on those charges set at $17,500, and a charge of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, on which she is being held without bond, according to jail records.

Victor M. Allen, 28 of Little Egg Harbor, was arrested Feb. 1 by Patrolman Arthur Cronk. According to Ocean County Jail records, Allen is being held on charges of manufacturing and distribution of heroin or cocaine of less than a half-ounce; possession of a controlled dangerous substance; hindering prosecution; tampering with evidence, and eluding -- failure to stop for a law enforcement officer. Bail on some of the charges was set at $175,000, but he is being held on no bond on the eluding charge, according to the records.

William J. Kwitnicki, 54, of Toms River, on DWI on Route 70, by Patrolman K. Craig. He was released on a summons.

Feb. 2

Timothy L. Glover, 59, of South Toms River, on a shoplifting charge, by Patrolman B. Collins. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail but had posted bail by the time the blotter was released.

Robert L. Jenkins, 48, of Manchester, on an unspecified warrant, by Sgt. T. Cooke. He has posted bail.

Gaia A. Carrigan, 18, of Jackson, on CDS possession, by Patrolman P. Manco. Released on a summons

Feb. 3

Rebecca J. Scott, 36, of Whiting, on fraud/theft charges, by Detective A. Emmons. She has posted bail.

Feb. 5

Beverly J. Mauder, 62, of Manchester, on an unspecified warrant, by Patrolman N. Greenwood. She posted bail.
