Youth Law Enforcement Academy Accepting Applications In Manchester

MANCHESTER, NJ — The Manchester Township Police Department is accepting registrations for its summer Youth Academy for students interested in law enforcement.

The summer camp is scheduled for July 6-9 from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. each day.

"The Youth Academy is a fun, educational experience that gives kids a behind-the-scenes look at public safety while building confidence and community spirit," the police department said.

Registration is open to students who will be in sixth, seventh or eighth grades in the fall. There is a limited number of spots available.
