It's time for sweat, smiles and friendship! Every week there are 4 opportunities to join us...Tuesday 6:30 PM, Wednesday 7:00 PM, Thursday 6:30 and Saturday 8:30 AM. A portion of the proceeds from each class are donated to the firehouse. Help support a great cause AND get a great workout!
