MANVILLE, NJ — The Manville Public Library will serve as the borough's official designated cooling center during the heat wave this week.
The cooling center, at 100 S 10th Ave., will be open on Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The facility offers a free, air-conditioned space where residents can cool off.
Officials encourage residents, particularly older adults and those vulnerable to heat-related illnesses, to take advantage of the cooling center and stay safe during the heat wave.
