On October 5, 2020 Governor Murphy announced that Halloween will go on in New Jersey with COVID 19 Guidelines that have been issued from the NJ Department of Health. https://www.nj.gov/.../topics/NCOV/NJ_Halloween_2020.pdf

We realize that due to the COVID 19 pandemic our everyday lives have changed in many ways. With that being said our Borough Officials would like our residents to be able to go out and enjoy Halloween. So this year with the current COVID 19 pandemic still ongoing we are suggesting a time of 4pm-9pm. This will give our Manville Families time to spend together to go out and enjoy Trick or Treating in their neighborhoods across town. We ask that all residents abide by this so that we can continue to stay safe from the pandemic.

As a reminder, it is recommended that face masks (not costume masks) are worn and individually wrapped candy bags be distributed as a substitute to avoid Trick or Treater’s reaching into the same basket. Thank you and be safe!
