NOTICE OF VIRTUAL MEETING

JOINT LAND USE BOARD, BOROUGH OF MANVILLE

Please take notice that in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et. seq. and P.L.2020 Chapter 11 approved on March 20, 2020 permitting public meetings to be conducted by means of communication or other electronic equipment, the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Borough of Manville will hold its regularly-scheduled meeting for the month of October, 2021 on October 5, 2021 at 6:30 PM by remote video/audio conference. The meeting would otherwise have taken place in Borough Hall, 325 N. Main Street, Manville, New Jersey 08835. The meeting may include the adoption of minutes and resolutions, and public hearings on various matters coming before the Board. Formal action may be taken.

The Agenda listing the matters to be considered will be placed on the website of the Borough of Manville (manvillenj.org) for public inspection, and is subject to change. If a member of the public lacks the ability to access the agenda, that member of the public may contact Nancy Kagan, Board Secretary, nkagan@manvillepd.org to make arrangements to review the agenda. The Meeting will take place by way of online conference.
