Somerset County's Emergency Rental Relief Program
Good morning everyone- I am very happy to let you know that today Somerset County is launching its Community Development Block Grant-CV Emergency Rental Relief (CDBG-CV ERR) Program. This program can provide up to 3 months’ rent or $3000.00, whichever is less, for payment toward rent that is owed. In order to qualify, applicants must be able to document a COVID-related financial loss and prove that their rent payments were current as of March 2020.

Please note that because this program is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), residents of Franklin Township, which has its own CDBG program, are not eligible for assistance.
