5 New Jersey Restaurants Among 100 Best For 'Foodies'

If you consider yourself a foodie, you'll want to check out this list.

Five New Jersey restaurants made OpenTable's list of the 100 Best Restaurants for Foodies in America released on Wednesday.

(If you're not familiar with the terminology: a foodie is described by Merriam-Webster dictionary as "a person who enjoys and cares about food very much.")

Open Table's list was generated from more than five million restaurant reviews submitted by verified OpenTable diners between Aug. 1, 2015, and July 31, 2016. All restaurants with a minimum "overall" score and number of qualifying reviews were included for consideration. Qualifying restaurants were then scored and sorted according to the percentage of qualifying reviews for which "fit for foodies" was selected as a special feature, according to OpenTable.
