Olivia and I are pretty big organic and non-GMO food advocates. We eat organic produce and only buy grass-fed meat and wild-caught fish. Since we started embracing a more natural lifestyle, we learned a lot about the benefits of eating organic and why it is essential to staying away from artificially engineered foods.

Why is it even more important for children?
It's simple. Pesticides and genetically engineered foods have an impact on our body but our immune system still tries to fight it back -more or less effectively. Your baby's little body, however, is still growing. His or her organs are still developing and their immune system might not yet be able to fight toxins the same way we grown-ups can. The good news is that, regardless of where you live, it is now easier than ever to find organic products for babies!
