$5M Scratch Off Ticket Sold In North Jersey

The winning ticket was sold from Paul & Joe Deli and Liquor in Roselle.

A retired Union County physical Education teacher has struck gold.

Larry M. from Linden won $5 million from the Scratch Off Cash Extravaganza game. He bought the ticket from Paul & Joe Deli and Liquor, 500 Chandler Ave., Roselle.

Realizing he won, Larry told his wife, Beatrice, she didn't have to make the long commute into Manhattan for work anymore.

The couple will help their children pay off some college loans and, “just enjoy the future," Larry and Beatrice said in a release.
