MAPLEWOOD, NJ — interACT Theatre Productions is bringing the camp, chaos, and surfboards to Maplewood this June with Charles Busch’s cult comedy 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲. Directed by George Seylaz and choreographed by Efrain Cortez, performances will take place June 19 & 20, 2026 at 7:30pm at The Burgdorff Center for the Performing Arts in Maplewood, NJ.
Set in 1962 Malibu, 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is a wildly funny spoof of classic beach movies, packed with surfer drama, hidden secrets, campy chaos, and larger-than-life characters.
The cast includes David Sierra, Jeremy Bischak, Miguel Barreto, Sarah Stirling, Kamirah Owens, Michael Banza, Brandon Lima, Nancy Levine, and Joseph Jones.
