• LGBTQ Pride Month In Maplewood-South Orange: 2026 Events, Celebrations (patch.com) — Maplewood and South Orange are gearing up for a full month of OUT IN MAPSO Pride events this June, with a special focus on Maplewood venues and community spaces. Residents can join flag raisings at Maplewood Town Hall, youth and family activities on Springfield Avenue, and the North Jersey Pride Festival in Maplewood Memorial Park, all under the theme “Love More, Love Loudly.”    

• Parsippany co-op takes down Columbia in NJG4 First Round (nj.com subscription) — A North Jersey Group 4 boys lacrosse playoff game in Maplewood saw ninth-seeded Parsippany Hills/Parsippany co-op upset Columbia, 12–4, ending Columbia’s season. Led by standout performances from Evan Kalavrouziotis, Quinn Barbrack, and Jared Hannenberg, Parsippany advances to the quarterfinals while Columbia finishes with a 4–14 record.
