MAPLEWOOD, NJ — The Maplewood Division of Arts & Culture will present its annual Gazebo Summer Concert Series, offering five consecutive Fridays of free live music this summer at the Springfield Avenue Gazebo.
Concerts will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. at 1688 Springfield Ave. and will feature live performances, local food trucks and free arts and crafts activities for children in a family-friendly outdoor setting.
This year's lineup includes Jay Nash on July 17, Richard Baratta: Gotham City Septet on July 24, Rosewood Band on July 31, DJ Fauzi on Aug. 7 and The Men of Soul on Aug. 14.
"The Gazebo Summer Concert Series is an annual tradition that brings the community together.” Andrea Teutli, Arts & Culture Manager for the Township of Maplewood, said.
"Whether you're discovering a new artist, dancing with your neighbors, or enjoying a summer evening with your family, these concerts celebrate what makes Maplewood such a special place."
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and arrive early to enjoy refreshments and activities before each performance.
All concerts are free and open to the public.
