“The Station House” in Maplewood, New Jersey will be a 50-unit, LEED certified luxury apartment community.
Located across from the Maplewood Memorial Park and adjacent to the Maplewood Train Station the property will consist of one and two bedroom luxury apartment units. The units will feature a blend of green/sustainable products including hardwood and carpeted floors, energy efficient fixtures and appliances and ample natural lighting to name a few. Other amenities include a fitness center, secure/covered parking and close proximity, within walking distance, to Maplewood Village which features a wonderful arrangement of shopping, dining and cultural venues.
In October 2011, J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. was named the master redeveloper of the old Maplewood Police Station by the Township of Maplewood. Situated on a 0.86 acre site, redevelopment of the site proved challenging. Working closely with the Township of Maplewood, JGPCO incorporated its smart growth, transit oriented redevelopment plan utilizing an at-grade parking structure with three-stories of residential space above that blends a mix of architectural features themed throughout Maplewood.
