Maplewood police say that the death of a 61-year-old man isn't suspicious.

Maplewood, NJ - Maplewood police say that the death of a 61-year-old man found in the township on Friday morning is not suspicious.
According to the Maplewood Police Department, officers received a report at 8:17 a.m. from a resident who spotted a deceased person in the brook behind the Maplewood Public Library on Baker Street.
The Essex County Medical Examiner’s Office has stated that the death is not suspicious, but will continue an investigation, authorities stated.
