Join Durand-Hedden House &amp; Garden on Sunday, September 27, from 1 pm to 4 pm, as we kick off our 2026-2027 season with Seeds of Revolution: The Transatlantic Exchange of Plants and Herbs in 18th-Century America.The event will bring visitors back to the house and grounds for a new programming year. In the house, Professor Karen Shelby will talk about how the colonization of the Americas had a transformational impact on plants and plant collection in both the new colonies and in Europe. Visitors to our beautiful herb garden can enjoy guided tours with Maria Mulkern. The Country Store will be open for shoppers.
