Election 2019: Who Is On The Ballot, Where To Vote In Maplewood
The primary election is this Tuesday. Check out where to vote and who your options are before you cast your ballot.
MAPLEWOOD, NJ - Barring unforeseen complication Democrat Deputy Mayor Frank McGehee will be serving a second three-year term on the Township Committee as he is the only candidate who filed by the deadline, according to Maplewood Township Clerk Liz Fritzen.
McGehee announced his candidacy via a Facebook post on Feb. 1.
"I am excited for the opportunity to continue serving the great people of our community," he wrote.

McGehee is serving his second stint as deputy mayor and currently chairs the Recreation and Human Services Committee as well as Board of Health. He also is a member for the School Board of Estimate and serves on the Finance Committee.
In continuing with the social media trend, the Maplewood Democratic Committee endorsed McGehee in a Facebook post on March 5.

Registered voters are assigned a specific election district and polling place according to their street address. Your election district and voting location are printed on the face of your Sample Ballot, which is mailed to registered voters before an election. A voters' polling location may also be searched by accessing the New Jersey Division of Elections Polling Place Locator.
Polls are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
