She will discuss where to source organic seeds, and when and how to plant to ensure success. A certified permaculture designer and educator, organic vegetable gardener, and environmental activist, Ms. Knapik will also cover planting diversity – perennials and annuals, vegetables, herbs, flowers, berries and fruit –in integrated edible landscapes, as well as how to care for the soil and plants during all seasons.
