REGISTRATION begins for our indoor lacrosse clinic for South Orange Maplewood girls grades 3-12. This program will be held on Wednesday evenings on the South Orange middle School gym beginning Demember 7, 2011. Girls will be separated by age and skill level to get the most out of this instructional clinic. Instruction will be under Nina Frankoski, a CHS graduate as well as other accomplished lacrosse players and coaches.
Program highlights includes sesssions on;
- Stick checking
- Proper cradling technique
- Aspects of shot selections and offensive placement
- Zone and "man to man" defenses
EQUIPMENT NEEDS;

- ALL players must have their own mouth guard.
- Eye goggles MUST be worn and some are available for use.
- A limited number of lacrosse sticks are available for use. The participants who have their own sticks should bring them to each session.
