Non-Violent Self-Defense for Tweens 4-Week Program

PILOT PROGRAM:

Disagreements shouldn't lead to punches. This is especially true for children.

American Jiu Jitsu's new 4-Week Non-Violent Self-Defense for Tweens (ages 9-12) program will show students how to gain control over and defend from negative scenarios without the use of punches.

Students will learn how to defend themselves from anyone, regardless of size or strength. Students will also learn how to defend from negative situations, such as bullying, using technique and off-balance, rather than brute force.
