Releasing Tight Hamstrings with Somatic Exercises

Do you have tight, painful hamstrings? Want to learn how to release them without painful stretching and straining?

When hamstrings are tight, there are more muscles involved than just the hamstrings. In this workshop you will learn to release tight back, shoulder and hip muscles and in turn release the hamstrings for more ease of movement. Learning to release and control these muscles in coordination with the hamstrings will result in better balance, improved athletic performance, and greater muscular coordination in a range of activities.

This workshop is of interest to fitness instructors, runners, high school athletes, dancers and yoga students who wish to improve their practice.

It is also beneficial to anyone with back, hip or knee pain.
