
When we practice yoga, the mind and the body are able to settle and relax and one is left with a feeling of peace. Strengthen your core, stretch away stress and start living as well as possible. Studies have shown that practicing yoga leads to an increased ability to process and retain new information as well.

Classes are available to purchase as a four week session or drop-in at your convenience! Come as often as you like during the session. $125/4 week session. $15/class Drop-In. Please arrive 15mins early to register. All classes are led by Liz Fuller, RYT-200. Bring your mat or purchase one from us.
