Final Election Results Certified In South Orange-Maplewood School Board Race
The Essex County clerk certified vote totals in local elections this week, including in South Orange-Maplewood.
MAPLEWOOD, NJ — The final vote totals in the Nov. 8 elections in Essex County, including in Maplewood, were certified Tuesday by Essex County. This did not change the election outcome.
As mail-in votes could still be sent in on Election Day, final totals were not available until recently.
Below are the final numbers as of Tuesday, Nov. 22.

The school board numbers are as follows:
- Nubia Wilson, 10,390
- Regina Eckert, 9,350
- William R. Gifford III, 8,873
- William M. Meyer, 6,577
- Ritu Pancholy, 6,330
