The Montclair 4th grade teacher, who lives in Maplewood, has dealt with 'multiple recurrences' of cancer, wrote a friend who posted video.
MAPLEWOOD, NJ — As a Maplewood resident (and Montclair elementary school teacher) deals with her recurring cancer, a neighbor set up a flash mob for the holidays near her home last week.
The neighbor's sister wrote on Twitter on Wednesday:

Hodgins herself is no stranger to helping others, as she has searched for homes for animals in South Orange and Maplewood over the years and been involved in her neighborhood association.
