Free Concert-May 1st-4 PM at Our Lady of Sorrows
Musica Sacra at Our Lady of Sorrows presents The Piedmont Chorale in a concert titled "My Soul is Thirsting."
The Piedmont Chorale is dedicated to the ideal that a community based choir can create beautiful, quality music. This small ensemble is made up of a mix of professional and amateur singers with a passion for choral music. They explore a variety of choral styles from across the centuries. This a cappella concert features works by Rachmaninoff, Josquin, Vaughan Williams, and Holst as well as contemporary composers Whitacre, Lauridsen and Gjiello.
