Legally Blonde a Smash Hit at CHS

Elle Woods and friends had audiences tapping their toes and rooting for smart blondes.

Legally Blonde was a smash hit at Columbia High School the last two weekends. The play features college sweetheart and homecoming queen Elle Woods who -- when her boyfriend dumps her for someone serious -- puts down the credit card, hits the books, and heads for Harvard Law.

Leading the cast as Elle was Austin Bommer, with Keenan Kariotis as heartbreaker, Warner, Nigel Finley as Elle’s fellow student, Emmett and Erin Reininga portraying good friend, Paulette.  Rounding out lead roles were Jonah Wolff (Professor Callahan), Alex Henderson (Brooke), Allie Pease (Vivienne) and Iris Garrison-Driscoll (Enid).
