Man Robbed At Gunpoint In Maplewood

Three young males allegedly robbed the victim on 44th Street and struck him in the head.

Maplewood police reported that three young men allegedly robbed a victim at gunpoint on Aug. 11.

The victim told police that he was walking on 44th Street around 11:30 p.m., when three men estimated to be around 20-years-old approached him, displayed handguns and demanded that he hand over his money.

The suspects then allegedly struck the victim in the head and took his wallet, then fled the scene on foot.
