Maplewood 6th Grader Makes 2nd Carnegie Hall Appearance

MAPLEWOOD, NJ — How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Just ask Maplewood Middle School 6th grader Gabriella Damens.

The 12-year-old Damens made her second appearance at Carnegie Hall on Oct. 2, performing with Lauren Daigle and Francesca Batistelli as part of The New American Chorus. She has previously performed at the iconic music venue with a chorus for Christian rock band The Casting Crowns.

Damens also sang with The Casting Crowns at the DOVE Awards in Nashville, a gig that she repeated on Oct. 11 with Steven Curtiss Chapman, which will be telecast on Sunday, Oct. 16 globally on TBN.
