Maplewood Complex Accepting Affordable Housing Applications
Avalon Maplewood at Springfield and Boyden Avenues will have six affordable rental units ready by the summer of 2017, town officials say.

Maplewood, NJ – Maplewood township officials announced Tuesday that Avalon Maplewood is accepting applications for affordable rental units.
According to a town news release, Avalon Maplewood, located on the corner of Springfield and Boyden Avenues, will have six affordable rental units expected to be ready for occupancy in the late summer of 2017.
No additional information including sizes, rents or schedule is available at this time, township officials stated.

There is an existing waiting list; interested applicants must submit a preliminary application here to be added to the waiting list.
Applicants already on the waiting list for affordable rental units in Maplewood do not need to reapply, town officials said. Additional information will be posted on the CGP&H website in 2017. Learn more and see the maximum income limits here.
