MAPLEWOOD, NJ — Which local candidates emerged victorious in Maplewood for the 2017 general election? Here are the latest results, according to the Essex County Clerk’s Office.

MAPLEWOOD TOWN COMMITTEE (Vote For 2)

With 96 percent of districts reported, here are the results:

• Victor De LUCA - 46.01% (6,136 votes)
• Dean DAFIS - 43.09% (5,746)
• Michael SUMMERSGILL - 10.78% (1,437)
• Write-In - 0.13% (17)

SOUTH ORANGE-MAPLEWOOD BOARD OF EDUCATION (Vote For 3)

With 97 percent of districts reported, here are the results:

• Elizabeth A. BAKER - 20.66% (5,564)
• Anthony MAZZOCCHI - 19.85% (5,345)
• Robin J. BAKER- 17.86% (4,808)
• Donna SMITH - 12.57% (3,384)
• Shannon CUTTLE - 11.23% (3,024)
• Sheila SHIDNIA - 5.42% (1,460)
• Avery JULIEN - 5.02% (1,352)
• Felisha GEORGE - 4.23% (1,140)
• Lucas CALHOUN - 2.97% (801)
• Write-In - 0.17% (47)
