In Maplewood: Middle School Trespassing/Theft, Burglary, Home Trespassing
Police Blotter: June 2 to 5

Editor’s Note: The following incidents are taken directly from the Maplewood police blotter, which may not include the full scope of police activity in the area. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
June 2, 2015 - Trespassing Arrest - At approximately 3 PM, officers responded to 7 Burnett St (Maplewood Middle School) for a reported trespasser. Upon their arrival, they located 19 year old Hubenson Dorcant of Maplewood inside the men’s room. He was arrested and charged with trespass. Through investigation it was determined that he had stolen musical instruments from the school on at least one prior incident. He was charged with the thefts as well.
June 2, 2015 - Burglary - At approximately 2 PM, an unknown male was observed inside a Jacoby St apartment. The next day it was discovered that five dollars was missing from one of the roommates rooms and it was reported to the police.

June 4, 2015 - Trespass - At approximately 3:45 AM, a male was discovered inside of a Oakview Ave residence. He had apparently entered through an unsecured door. The resident confronted him before he fled out the rear door and through the yard. Nothing was reported missing.
June 5, 2015 - Burglary - It was reported that on May 29, money was found to be missing from a home on Oakview Ave. A rear door was also found partially open.

June 5, 2015 - Burglary - It was reported that on June 4 between midnight and 6:30 AM, cash was taken from inside of a home on Mountainview Ter. No other items were removed.
