Maplewood Police To Conduct Training Drills At MMS

If you see police cars and flashing lights at Maplewood Middle School this week, don’t panic.

According to a release, the Maplewood Police Department will be conducting training simulations at the school on Aug. 18, 19, 21, 24 and 27.

There will be emergency vehicles and emergency personnel operating in the area for training purposes, and there may be brief traffic interruptions.

No MMS students are to be involved in the planned exercise, the release stated.
