Maplewood Township: Bells And Sirens Beginning At 5:30pm Tonight (1/19) | Nationwide Covid-19 Memorial

The communities of South Orange and Maplewood will be participating in a Nationwide Covid-19 Memorial service.

At 5:30 p.m. tonight (Tuesday, January 19), the communities of South Orange and Maplewood will join the incoming Biden-Harris administration in participating in a Nationwide Covid-19 Memorial service to honor those we have lost to Covid-19, reflect on what has been one of the more challenging periods in the nation’s history, and renew our commitment to coming together to end the pandemic and rebuild our nation.Please be advised bells from our houses of worship and Seton Hall University along with public safety sirens will commence at 5:30 p.m. sharp for approximately 1 minute.
