Maplewood Township: Gas Powered Leaf Blowers - Update

No person or commercial entity may use a gas-powered leaf blower in Maplewood between May 1 and September 30. “Commercial entities” include lawn maintenance businesses, landscapers, tree removal or maintenance businesses, paving companies, gutter cleaning companies, exterminating companies and any person or entity charging a fee for services. Commercial entities must provide hearing and safety equipment to employees. During the period allowed, hours of operation are M-F, 8am-6PM, Sat, 10-5, and never on Sunday. Violators of any of these are subject to fines pursuant to Ord. 2854-17 and 3016-21.
