Maplewood Township: Upcoming Community Health Sessions At The Maplewood Senior Center

The Maplewood Health Department is partnering with Braven Health and the Diabetes Foundation to provide two upcoming Community Health Sessions at the Maplewood Senior Center (106 Burnett Avenue).

On Monday, October 25 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM, Braven Health will be hosting a Medicare 101 presentation for individuals ages 65 and older.

On Friday, October 29 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM, several Braven Health screenings will be available and open to the public, including:

The Diabetes Foundation will also be present to provide diabetes supplies, self-management checklist magnets, and diabetes education in English and Spanish.
