The Maplewood Department of Public Works is now accepting applications for full-time Jitney Bus Drivers. Duties include but are not limited to: following a specified route daily, assisting passengers, record keeping (route attendance), etc. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license—CDL REQUIRED. Available for overtime if needed, must be able to work independently. Mandatory background check, drug and alcohol screening, driver’s license check.

Job Description:

Under direction of the Jitney Leadperson, as well as the Director and Superintendent of Public Works, operates a light duty passenger bus; carries out pickup and delivery of passenger assignments; performs related duties as required.
