Maplewood's Department of Public Works in currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Staff Engineer.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Under direction of the Township Engineer or Township Engineer’s Designee, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: performing field inspections, using AutoCAD to assist with design, interpreting drawings and specifications, preparing cost estimates, attending meets, verifying and quantifying improvements; and other related duties as required or necessary.

EXPEREIENCE/EDCUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; and a valid New Jersey driver’s license are required. Three (3) years of experience in Engineering, Construction, or related field is preferred.
