Missing Newark Man With Dementia Found In Maplewood: Police
A missing, 70-year-old Newark man diagnosed with dementia was found in Maplewood and reunited with his family, authorities said.
ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — A 70-year-old Newark man reported missing on Thursday was found in Maplewood and reunited with his family, authorities said.
Edward Ellis, 70, of Newark, who was reported missing on Thursday, March 15, has been located in Maplewood, the Newark Public Safety Department announced.
“Ellis, who suffers from dementia, was transported to Overlook Hospital for evaluation and has been reunited with his family,” Newark police said.
