Families often tell us that we make stressful transitions feel more manageable through communication, compassion, and practical support.<br /><br />We are especially experienced in helping families navigate transitions home from hospitals, rehabilitation centers or back to assisted living communities. Our team works closely with families and healthcare professionals to help create realistic, safe, and sustainable care plans at home.<br /><br />In addition to traditional home care services, we proudly offer our ENRICH Program, a companionship-focused program designed to provide socialization, structure, cognitive stimulation, and meaningful engagement for older adults.<br /><br />Right at Home of Essex County is deeply rooted in the local community and committed to helping older adults age with dignity, connection, and quality of life.
