School Aide Filmed As He Masturbated In Front Of Students: Cops
An elementary school aide in NJ filmed himself while masturbating in front of students. He also was caught in a supermarket, cops say

An aide who worked with special-ed students at a New Jersey elementary school masturbated in a ShopRite, exposed himself to students in the school hallways and took upskirt photos of a student, police said. He also reportedly filmed himself in front of students.
Kenneth Palmer, 21, of Randolph, who worked at Jefferson Elementary School in the Maplewood-South Orange School District, was scheduled for a court appearance Monday morning, according to nj.com.
He was first arrested Sept. 28, 2017 at the Succasunna ShopRite in Roxbury after a loss prevention associate twice saw him masturbating and trying to get the attention of an 8-year-old girl and a toddler between the ages of 2 and 3, according to a police report obtained by nj.com.

Palmer's cellphone was investigated after his arrest and police allegedly found upskirt pictures of females, including a student, according to the report. The phone also contained videos and photos of Palmer masturbating in front of students as he walked through school hallways.
One video showed Palmer masturbating while outside a bathroom door as two students, an 8-year-old and a 9-year-old, walked out of the bathroom past him, according to the report. Another video showed Palmer masturbating and approaching a different 9-year-old student as he/she was facing a water fountain.

The Village Green published a copy of a letter sent from the superintendent of schools to the Jefferson School community in April, noting that Palmer worked in the district from February 2017 until September 2017 and that the district was notified of his arrest on December 5, 2017.
Otherwise, there was little information available about Palmer's work history. The Randolph School District in February 2017 announced the resignation of a Kenneth Palmer, senior aide for the Randolph Township Community School, effective Jan. 15, 2017.
Palmer's court appearance is expected to be scheduled at a later date.
