NY Times Names Luke's Kitchen One of NJ's Dining 'Highlights' of 2009
This "delectable little spot" is in our delectable little town.

When your New York Times hits the driveway this morning, you may want to run right out and open it up to the Metropolitan section. There, Karla Cook and David Corcoran have cited Luke's Kitchen of Maplewood Village as one of the most notable New Jersey dining experiences of 2009.
Or, heck, you can read it right here (scroll down to the bottom of the article).
Ten restaurants are selected from the more than 40 reviewed in New Jersey by Cook and Corcoran in 2009 (Luke's Kitchen was reviewed by Corcoran last January).

The Times praises chef and owner Rod Hernandez for his "deft, original touches" and gives a particular shout out to his smoked salmon with sweat-pea pancakes and yogurt and cucumber salad.
Congratulations, Rod!
