Package Thieves Caught In Maplewood: Police

MAPLEWOOD, NJ - Two juveniles were arrested and charged with theft after being caught by Maplewood Police on April 15, authorities said.

According to Maplewood Police, shortly after 3 p.m. a witness observed two males stealing packages from a residence on Meadowbrook Place.

Responding officers located the two males a short distance away. The males, age 15 and 17 and from Irvington, were taken into custody for the theft from Meadowbrook Place as well as a package theft from Elmwood Avenue.
