Power Outage In Maplewood; Traffic Signal Working Again: PD
A power outage temporarily caused issues with the traffic signals at a Maplewood intersection on Tuesday, authorities said.
MAPLEWOOD, NJ — A power outage temporarily caused issues with the traffic signals at a Maplewood intersection on Tuesday, authorities said.
According to an advisory from the Maplewood Police Department sent at 4:32 p.m.:
“The traffic signals at Elmwood / Boyden Ave are not operational. There is a power outage in the area. PSE&G and the county were notified.”
The traffic signal was eventually put back into operation, police reported at 6:29 p.m.
