Prospect Church presents The Silvertones

Prospect Presbyterian Church kicks off their Concert-With-A-Twist series this year on Sunday, November 1 at 4:00 PM.

This concert will be a family friendly event that will engage the audience with a “Guess That Tune” theme featuring The Silvertones. The Silvertones are a flute ensemble of Maplewood Community Music. Many of them are members of the Maplewood Community Band. Their repertoire includes music from many genres, such a classical, jazz/blues and popular. The pieces they play employ various combinations of the different size flutes, from piccolo to contrabass. The Silvertones have performed in concert halls, churches, temples, schools and at fundraisers and other venues.

It’s sure to be a fun and entertaining afternoon for all!
