Put Some Spring in Your Step with Seth Boyden 5K

If you're looking for some exercise and the chance to support a good organization, look no further than the Seth Boyden's 3rd Annual 5K, taking place Saturday, April 20 in the South Mountain Reservation.

This annual event — which raises funds for the Seth Boyden Demonstration School PTA — has become a tradition in its third year. The jaunt through the loop at the South Mountain Reservation (day-of registrants and those picking up t-shirts and numbers should report to the parking lot by the dog park) attracted 200 runners last year.

The 5K race starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 20. The first 200 registrants get a $10 coupon for the Sneaker Factory in Millburn. This is a great race for first-timers and kids, but also attracts some who post fast times.  Register here:  http://www.sethboyden.com/5K-2013
