SOMA Interfaith Holocaust Rally And Service Planned This Weekend
Rememberandtell.org provides education so people won't forget the lessons of the Holocaust. Maplewood and South Orange will have an event.
MAPLEWOOD AND SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — Those who forget history are doomed to repeat the worst of it, and as each generation is less connected to Holocaust survivors, they may not learn the lessons of that dark time.
An organization called Rememberandtell.org holds a service once a year to remember those who perished in the Holocaust, and throughout the year provides educational experiences about that time in history.
The group moves the service and rally to different religious houses of worship each year.
