MARLBORO, NJ — Applications have opened for new affordable housing units in Marlboro.
According to Affordable Homes New Jersey, the applications are for 20 rental apartments at Marlboro Landing on 1 Stevenson Drive.
The current listings for Marlboro Landing include one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units for very low, low and moderate income.
Preference will be given to those who live or work in Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties, and those interested must join the rental waiting list by Sept. 3 to be included in the housing lottery's random selection.
A dishwasher, central AC and washer and dryer hook-ups are included in the rental units. Co-signers are allowed, though smoking is not.
